Couples Therapy
I support partners in strengthening communication, deepening emotional connection, rebuilding trust, and creating greater security within their relationship.
I am a PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) trained couples therapist and integrate principles from Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), mindfulness-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Couples Therapy (CBCT), and somatic interventions. My work helps partners better understand their relational patterns, regulate emotions during moments of stress or conflict, and develop more effective ways of communicating, repairing, and reconnecting.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. Together, we explore how attachment histories, family dynamics, trauma experiences, cultural influences, and modern relationship challenges impact the way partners connect, navigate disagreements, and care for one another.
