Individual Therapy
I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore their inner world, process difficult emotions, and identify patterns that no longer serve them. I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, intuition, and creativity. My work is informed by existential, relational, and humanistic frameworks and grounded in trauma-informed care.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Hakomi-Informed Somatic Practitioner, I integrate Attachment Theory, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and somatic approaches to help clients deepen self-understanding, reconnect with themselves, and create lasting change.
I have extensive experience working with performers, dancers, actors, musicians, writers, models, influencers, and other creative professionals navigating the psychological demands of performance-driven environments. I also work with individuals healing from trauma, attachment wounds, toxic relationships, and challenges related to identity, self-worth, burnout, and life transitions. Together, we work to reduce shame, strengthen emotional resilience, cultivate authenticity, and build healthier, more meaningful relationships.
