In individual therapy, I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore their inner world, process difficult emotions, and discover patterns that no longer serve them.
I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, intuition, and creativity. My work is informed by existential, relational, and humanistic frameworks grounded in trauma-informed care. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and integrate Attachment Theory, mindfulness, narrative approaches, and somatic techniques to help clients reconnect mind and body.
I have extensive experience working with performers, dancers, actors, and creative professionals, helping them sustain mental health in performance-driven environments. I work with individuals navigating toxic relationships, a ruptured sense of self, stuckness in their careers or creative process, and the lasting impact of early attachment wounds. My work focuses on releasing shame, cultivating authenticity, increasing emotional resilience, developing a stronger sense of self, and creating more balanced and meaningful relationships with oneself and others.
